    Yes they come with 90 days Warranty but you do have a choice to buy 1 year extended warranty for another $89 which will start at the end of 90 days warranty.

      I think your definitions need some re-working, as I don't think they seem reasonable at all.
      To call something that has had heavy use, scuffed, and dented as 'good' - and not as 'heavily used' is a bit misleading.

      It'd almost be more reasonable to call these categories 'Like new', 'Good', 'Worn' 'Heavily Used'.
