    Now even cheaper! Thanks TA.

thanks for the effort TA, but the reviews from the previous deal state that the accuracy is way off…

For the price of a coffee I'm shocked by this statement. I was expecting bureau of meteorology level accuracy

      • +27

I'm not expecting an ideal accuracy, but if it shows the temperature 4 degrees higher than it is, what is the point to have it, only because it is cheap?

        • -1

Was a fair point mate, FFS dishin out lamo jokes. That sly ol fox probably buys them to shelve each night they want an internal temp.

        • @tightarse: one positive up there, and three negative via my link :)

        • +4

@Ametric: Just wondering why the other 996 that purchased from hamza's deal have said nothing re its accuracy? Maybe a few bad ones in the batch? Who knows.

        • -1

@tightarse: might be or might be that they just didn't bother, but you sound very convincing and making me thinking to buy it now :)

        • +2

@Ametric: lol, just trying to give a balanced view. Enjoy your day :)

        • +1

@tightarse: yo too, TA, cheers! :)

          @tightarse:
Few Ozbargainers provide feedback on purchases. But if they miss out on a deal… are very vocal!

A feedback feature on OzBargain (to encourage people to post valuable info for future deals) would be great addition.
Would need to be able to add feedback long after normal comments close (especially in slow delivery deals). I have asked Mods to reopen old Deals to post feedback, mainly when item failed.
But would probably be little used as most move onto the next deal.

Most people could probably guess the temperature within about 4-5C accuracy.

Buying a measurement instrument that is that inaccurate is worse than not having it.

Cost is not necessarily the problem. Many free or low cost thermometer are more accurate than reports about this device.

I'll save my money this time💰

          This is spot on-

"I'm not expecting an ideal accuracy, but if it shows the temperature 4 degrees higher than it is, what is the point to have it, only because it is cheap?"

Thanks OP for the post but product not worthy of your efforts by the looks.

Unfortunately cheap crapware syphoning off buyers' dollars leads to the "race to the bottom" quality seen in so many products these days IMO.

        • Just minus 4° when reading display?

      • You're paying too much for your coffee.

    HUMIDARSE

    Gross - accurate, but gross.

    • skid marks incoming

    • Better than SWEATYARSE

      • They both result in a wet arse. So to me same same but different.

  • +2

    Doesn’t measure to 1/10 of a degree.

Very popular deal posted previously by hamza.

Yeah but Hamza's arse isn't as humid.

    • Dry arse can be worse sometimes.

    • Why have you been poking around his arse?

  • +3

Bought from last deal. Way off temp 5 degrees. Got a refund.

  • +1

I agree. I bought one last time and found it was not accurate. I wouldn't bother.

  • -3

I bought two, and they track each other precisely.
They are either both right, or both wrong.

Regardless i love their round faces as they match my Matte Black watch collection, the watch brand for a new generation.

I am also running out of AAA rechargeables.
    Any pointers welcome.

  • Always 3-4 degrees out compared to my 20 year old glass one.

I wish I could tell if the humidity is accurate. I guess not.

  • -1

I'm upvoting this purely for the code.

  • Temperature/Humidity? Isn't all that available on your phone anyway?

    • +1

I don't think most have a temperature or humidity sensor

  • +1

Not sure if a rare defect in the 2 I ordered last time around, but the temperature swings around 3-4 degrees off. Can't speak to the humidity measurement.

If you're not concerned with accurate measurements, but want another gadget for the that drawer that we all have, go ahead.

  • Untick shipping insurance to get $3.88

  • Just got mine today.

    Doesn't seem very accurate, I can't get a reading off it…

Anyone else get something like this lol?

    • Fashion Jewellery??
May raise the temperature in some women😀
