JACKED! All went up by around $20 just now ie 7gb 205.60 to 221.02

    • +2

that's on the Kogan ebay store not Smith's Dick ebay store. but DS will probably follow suit :/

    • Thanks for the warning.

  • Can these be stacked? Is already have 7 months remaining on mine

    • +2

You will have to buy another near end of current

    • +3

No if you recharge the SAME plan the remaining will be forfeited.
You can only upgrade to a higher plan and request for refund

      • Thanks for the feedback guys

  • Won't get it till 9th of july

  • -1

Is there an expiry? Still have a few months of my other plan

    • Read all posts from top

    • I'm sure there will be another deal soon. They usually do the special offers every couple of months.

Timing is good - my current 365-day plan runs out 31/7 - but I gotta say the last 12mths of voda coverage around Adelaide has been crap.

    • Mines been pretty good coverage since I've had it from September. I know a friend has had the Kogan service and it's just average around the southern hills area though. Metropolitan would be as good as any other provider.

    • My phone has no B28 so this provides the best coverage out of all telcos if i want 4G/LTE.

  • My wife is on one of these cheap plans. Still gets 90MB/s where my expensive optus plan gets like 15

  • PICKSMITH for a Large 16gb dropped to just above regular RRP of 3gb, would be very good. Supposing ebay giftcards usage not exclude data card-filed products

    254.30 * (.8 * .9 * .99) =
    181.26504

  • Damn, just bought an annual plan recently as my old kogan one was running out.

  • Thanks OP! Both our Aldi mobile 365 plans are due to expire in a couple of days…will recharge for 1 month ($15 - 1gb) to keep the numbers active while we wait for this…the 3GB plan is perfect for us and about 1/2 the price of the aldi 365 plan!

  • Can someone explain Vodafone regional coverage?
I'm going to leeman in WA and there is no coverage there as far as I know.
But Vodafone says it uses other parties 3g network in the regions where they have no coverage. Is that true? Does it mean I will still get slow internet and phone calls?

    • Yes is the answer to all your questions AFAIK

    • This probably doesn't help you, but I have the same question. On the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Kogan carrier id changed from 'Vodafone' to 'Roaming' and I still don't know what it means.

Just got the small plan for $114 with PICKSMITH thanks

  • +1

PICKSMITH works. Just added SMALL plan to cart and got 20% off ($114.88).

  • +1

Can confirm PICKSMITH works. Would be good to update the voucher code in the description :)

  • I paid 254$ for the large package T_T

    what the heck…

  • Anyone know when the prepaid voucher expires?

My Medium plan expires on the 23rd Sept but at $164.48, if I can recharge around the end of August, it'll still be a worthy purchase.

    • Might need to wait for the next round of kogan dick.

    • Listing description says 31/7

      • Cheers. Didn't see that bit. Guess I'll wait to see if there's another deal in the next two months.

  • how does Kogan's speed compared to TPG's?

I'm on a TPG post paid plan and wonder if the hassle (having to remember to renew Kogan mobile yearly) is worth it….

    • They're both currently Vodafone MVNOs so the difference should be negligible in theory. People often report differences between the different MVNOs, but it's so subjective (time of day, amount of traffic on the network, type of device, etc.)

More importantly, being a same-carrier port, you might find that there's a significant service outage (between 1 - 3 days) while they migrate you across.

  • I just grabbed the 7GB on ebay using PICKSMITH came to $164.48 which is only $13.70 a month!!!

  • Just got the 3GB Small 365 Day Plan $114.88 thanks OP

  • +1

Picked up Small and Medium plans, for a total saving of $69.84 (before 1% Cashrewards cashback and 5% off from using eBay gift cards paid for using discounted WISH gift cards)

    WINNING.

Kogan have been great… since signing up last 365 day plan they've bumped up the data allowance twice (from 5 > 6 > 7GB) as well as their free GB birthday bonus. Looking forward to another great year ahead!

  • Just a warning to those renewing. I’ve been on the large plan for over a year, have had data increased in that time (I think it went to 18-19gb) but after buying a new one year voucher it reverted back to the default 16gb.

I’m okay with it cause I don’t hit the 16gb ever but for others it might be worth contacting Kogan for that bonus if yours reverts back to the default after recharging

    • Are you sure it wasn't just the final month pro-rated? Usually goes up a bunch in the final month, e.g. my Medium went from 7GB -> 8GB.

Don't recall there ever being any (persistent) bonus on the 365 day Large plan beyond 16GB. It went from 10GB to 11, and then 11 to 16 in the two rounds of data bumps.

  • Crap crap crap

Got the 10% deal this morning. Paid 283 foe the 23gb plan now i see I could have
got it for 253 bloody hell!!!

It said the 20% deal would exclude vouchers! Aghhh

  • I bought the CatchConnect 365 days plan 36GB for $139 two days ago thought it was cheap. Now this Kogan 3GB every 30 days Small 365 Day Plan $114.88 more cheaper :(

    • Yeah, I was about to go onto that one. Lucky I waited it out (my plan expires mid July).

  • I already have a kogan plan but it is running out in a week. Can i buy this and still keep my old number?

    • Yes, you use the voucher to recharge your plan on the day after it expires. That's what I'm planning to do with mine, which expires in 17 days, and my wife's which expires on 22/7 (the voucher email matches the listing, which says the voucher can be used until 31/7)

  • Just to be clear, we can port an Optus mobile number to this during signup/use of voucher?

  • $114 for a whole year of 3gb plan. Great bargain.

  • HI,
    Anyone recharged?

  • Huh. Bought it just to use the voucher to recharge, but they're sending me the SIM anyway. Might be handy for deals in future, LOL.

  • I missed out on this. My 12 months runs out 17/07. What are my best options moving forward? Kicking myself that I missed this chance to add another 12 months on. Any further ebay codes expected?

    • +1

PICKSMITH still works for 20% off

      • Thanks mate! I discovered that before seeing your reply. Same end result, got another 12 months of Kogan! Awesome.
