Lol I meant that I've tried lots of PB. You should try Skippy (yes I know it sounds Aussie and is ironic) brand PB. It's pretty good for Yank PB.

No HFCS in this. Probably been modified as most things are.
Never did get why people think genetically modified food is unhealthy. GM plants are grown in exactly the same conditions with the same method. The only difference is that they have had genes inserted that cause them to be more resistant or yield higher returns.

Funny you post this. I saw this in Coles last week and tried the dark roast for the first time. It's delicious! Saw Marshmallow Fluff and grabbed some bread. Made my first Fluffernutter. Yum!

Used to buy this when it was 100% Australian peanuts, now its a mix with Chinese peanuts. Sneaky buggers. No thank you. Now I buy Pic's. They use 100% Aussie peanuts.

If you scroll up, the comment just before that one is my complete mindset. If the country of origin is not listed, I assume it contains Chinese peanuts. If the peanuts were from Argentina, they would have nothing to hide and list it on the label. And a few comments above that mentions the bogus NZ packaging claims, with everything listed as from NZ actually having a Chinese origin.
Maybe this is my stubborn response to not believing a damn thing I read, but I will continue to dig my heels in the ground until proven otherwise. If every country of origin is not listed on the label, I do not purchase or consume it, end of story.
The label for Mayvers Crunchy Dark Roast does state that it uses Australian and Argentinian peanuts. No mention of China.
I have never seen country of origin on milk, water, eggs, chips, fresh meat, bread. Do you not consume any of that?
I loved them when they used only Australian peanuts. Sorely disappointed when I read the Argentinian mix. Going to try Purely Nutz - seem to be using Australian only.

Pics is 100% Australian Peanuts. Mayvers is a 50/50 mix of Aussie and Chinese peanuts, so it's not fit for human consumption.
It clearly states Australian and Argentinian, I recall a brief period right after they had to change from 100% Australian where it didn't specify but all the jars I've had in the last year clearly specified Argentina as the other country (or sole country for the +protein variety). There's no proof they used Chinese nuts, and while you're free to believe they may have used Chinese nuts in the past, it's misleading to present it as fact.

Nah it’s not the best. The dark one is burnt and the normal one is under roasted. Mothers Earth is much better.

By far the best peanut butter out there! dark roast is a must try for everyone, made from 99.5% peanuts, 0.5% salt!
Dark roasted nuts are less healthier than nuts which have been exposed to lower heat (or better still, left raw).

If you can find it, buy peanut butter that has high potassium & low sodium, instead of high sodium.
