I'm not a huge fan of 'honeymoon rates' - I'd prefer they just give the average monthly fee

    • They are fine if you can use and go, I'm even thinking to jump around since switching provider not a big deal. Might come up very cheap (like Kogan $1/month 23GB).

But here is 12 month contract, kinda make no sense..

  • What line they use? 6gb for $15 a month is pretty good

They use Optus. The 6GB plan is only $10 so even better.

      • It's $15 over 12 months.

        • Ah, gotcha. My mistake.

  • Dodo still exists?

I thought they went the way of the Dodo.

      I'll see myself out now.

    • I still have ADSL with them ($55/month). Had electricity until installed solar, they are fine.

  • Their month to month is pretty good to for first 3 months too

  • OH wow

I think I just have to move on and wait for another good deal :(

    • Same as TPG and even better then Optus and Telstra ;-)

      • True, hmmm so is DOdo ok? I don’t want to lock in for 12 months and regret later

        • Network provider is optus, they just sell it, so you'll get what you pay for. Not sure about contract, I have 12 month Kogan, which is basically contract paid in advance. It was that voucher $150/y for 7GB unlimited.

        • @Den: i am with kogan 12 months too, end next month, hunting for new one

TPG has $10 for 4gb for 6 months with no lock in contract, if you switch to another provider within 6 months, it works out pretty good deal too

  • Thanks, just signed up to the $15/month deal (works out to be $22/month on average).

  • It says 'Selected areas only' - which ones?? Once I click signup I don't see anything about the discount on the contract terms page. How do I know if I will get the discount? I'm not clicking agree until I have the discount in writing, could be a trap.
