    hi, when i saw this this morning i went to sign up and .au domains were available, 1/2hr later when i decided to go ahead with it i cannot for the life of me get an .au addy, even if i just press the keyboard randomly? Help!

    Wow the 80% off makes them cheap!
    The Large hosting per month is $14, but if you pay for 12mo it drops down to $8.25!! (only a couple of dollars more than the Medium hosting package which offers half the storage!) AND that doesn't even include the 80% off..

    Seems too good to be true.. whats the catch?

          You can purchase the hosting under a temporary domain, just submit a support ticket you've decided the domain and we'll make the changes.

    Actually i have a question..
    if i sign up for the Large hosting with the reoccurring 80%off, and i find that i am not even getting near to the 200Gb storage, am i able to transfer the 80%off to a medium hosting package at my next renewal? (there could be an obvious answer that my bleary-2am-eyes are not finding, my apologies if thats the case)

      Ok so we can up or downgrade, As an example, if I sign up now on the basic plan for 1 year, am I able in 6 months to change to the E-Commerce or Large plan? What costs would I incur to do this?

      If I have not currently decided on a domain name, would I choose the " I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain" in this case and update an eTicket when I have decided?

      Also I noticed in the E-Commerce hosting that there is 24/7 eTicket Support. Do the other plans have 9-5 eTicket support?
