do you have $450 in your bank account? I kept getting paypal error and found that it's because I only had $300 in my account linked to PayPal so I transferred money and that did the trick for me.
@Hunnypooh: My paypal default payment method was Amex. I changed to my bank account and transferred money as well. Still same error

I'm apprehensive to pull the trigger, wanting to by an a6300+18-135mm but would need 14 gift cards.

Also, I have the A6300 — it's a great camera if you're starting off. However, I'd recommend getting the A6500 (if you can afford it) as the IS is something that's invaluable… especially if you're using lenses like Sigma (which are incredible) which don't have IS either.
Funnily enough, I'm purchasing these eBay gift cards as I'm looking to upgrade from my A6300 to a A7III. Feel free to PM if you need any advise, tips, etc about the A6300/A6500!

Hmmm profile has lots of negative feedback. Not sure I'm 100% convinced on gift cards.
ebay offers money back guarantee. So nothing to lose, I guess.
I've bought from them many times before. Gift cards get delivered maybe an hour later max.

Thank you OP, I used my ebay and paypal account bought 5 at 12:35. When I used my wife's ebay and paypal account, come up with paypal error,but when I used my wife's ebay account paid with my paypal account, it worked. Hope this can help someone. The code is worked at 1:45.

If its not working for you, check your registration address. Mine was still USA. Changing back to Australia allowed me to checkout without error.

No I got codes about 20 minutes afterward. Confirmation comes instantly and is much different.
Definitely the codes - each came in a separate email too. Confirmation came directly from eBay instantly as pennypincher said.
I know it says 8 codes per transaction, i heard some people able to enter in more. Has anybody tried and tested the limits?
