Looks like a decent price. Finally GPUs are becoming reasonably priced again.

  • That’s actually not a bad deal.

Guessing the RX600 series is going to be announced very soon, hence the clearance price.

Also don't forget about the AMD Raise the Game promotion

    • Will RX600 be a game changer compared to 580?
With my AMD R9 280 still playing strong and I can play my fav. games (Fifa, BF1 and BF5 beta, GOW ) with medium to high settings and 60 FPS. I was thinking to upgrade to 1080 or something as there was huge leap between what I currently use and what I am thinking to get, but doing that for Rx580, there was not enough gain justifying a new build.

      • I'm still rocking an old 7970 (was a second hand mining card I picked up for $130 years ago) and still can't justify upgrading yet :(

        • 970 is an amazing card already and upgrade to it was 1070, so unless you upgrade to 2080, you will be fine :)

          • @EnALup: HD7970 is an AMD card (970 is an nvidia card), its somewhere in between the performance of a 1050ti and a 1060 3gb. Perfectly fine card still.

        • I'm currently running a 7950 which I've had for 5+ years now (was $300 brand new). I'm upgrading to this one for freesync (144hz monitor) and HDMI 2.0b (to get 4k 60Hz HDR on TV, instead of buying an active DP to HDMI 2.0b adapter for ~$80)

Considering the new RX600 series is still on 14nm architecture, best case scenario, the performance gains will just match the price increase. Unless you are planning to hold out until 2020ish for 7nm cards, this is a good deal for what it offers.

      • Bought 290x for 600, sold it for 900. Bought 1080 for 680, sold it for 900. Bought 2nd hand 2x1080ti for 500 ea, sold it for 1.1! Miss the good days

    Great price!

This is the price I was going to pull the trigger on the RX 580, great price! Free AC Odyssey too with AMD raise your game.

    • Give a + to the deal then :)

    • How can you tell if PC Case Gear is participating?

I only ask because the other deal with PLE computers has a link directly to them and the deal for 3 free games.

      • Replying to my own reply…

"Old man yells at cloud" :p

    • Blame the miners for such a stupid thing.
Imagine that poor redneck family of 10 trying to scrape by and get their fortnite playing graphics cards on the cheap with such a limitation in place!
Poor bastards tried to sell their wheelie bins to finance this and then bam, 4 only!

great card and great price, paid $279 for mine a few weeks ago.

  • Does anyone know if this ships with the power cable? If not which one do I buy? I think it needs to be 8 PIN but not 100% sure.

    • Yes 8 pin, and no my 570 didn't come with one and I doubt this one would given its the same sort packaging in the whole range. Usually your PSU has one spare that it comes with though.

  • PLE has no stock and all the others are way more expensive. Great price from pccasegear but looks like you can't claim the AMD promotion.

  • Does anyone have two of these running in CF?
Im interested in getting two for this price or maybe waiting for the 680 depending on how much they cost, but ive seen benchmarks of 580 CF almost beating the 1080 in most games except for tomb raider and costing just over half the price.

Deal is still going and it seems they took another $10 off, down to $239.
