    • I was with ABB a month ago, can I use the code for Feb connection?

      • If you pre-order before the 30th, then yes. The code didn't work for me so I ended up calling up and they fixed it.

        • Ok thanks

  • Invalid promo code provided

  • i've just signed up, and the earliest slot for the site visit is 11 Jan?!

    • using their rescheudling page, got a new slot on Thurs Dec 13th. woot.

  • If I can add to this forum, consider this

    https://www.vodafone.com.au/nbn

It's just been released - volume discount of up to 20%. If you have a spouse, combine under one account and with separate broadband means 15% discount.

Back on Black Friday, Voda had all plan $10 off including broadband so $79 for 100/40 unlimited (good CVC coverage so far - averaging 92/100 in all my random tests) WHICH is then reduced again if you have volume discount.

  • I would like to pick a later date for installation but if i need to move it forward once i have placed the order i presume that is still possible? As in originally pick it for 2 months down the track but then move it forward by a month due to my other ISP cancelling my service? I am on optus cable and i dont want to stop it till i have to but i am not sure yet when that will be.

    • Yep that’s no problems at all. I was booked in to churn over from Mungi at the end of this month but then with them going broke I called up AussieBB and they were able to connect me within 15 mins of calling. So no problems with changing the date.
Although mine was a churn so if yours needs an install date (which it probably will if you’re not on NBN already) and dependant on the technology you’re on as well, be aware there will be a lead time for the installation date though.
