Nice pickup on the extra 5%. Dont forget cash rewards.

  • Can't seem to check out huhu

  • Same here, tried paying card & paypal, tried with only using 'Jumper30'

    No dice… :(

    • Rang them up, best they would do is 30% off, SCA wouldn't honour both codes, then when she rang local store (which had stock), said it was sold earlier 2day & system wasn't updated yet (maybe the cause of the error), i then asked to waive the shipping - NOGO..

Ended up ordering via ebay with delivery…

Ordered with delivery too. $170 still better than paying $220 via the store website.

I had issues on checkout once. It's because the store had no stock and it seemed that ebay hadn't caught up to supercheaps own website. Try changing pickup location or use supercheapautos website to find the closest store with stock and try again. Hope that works for you.

  • local store is showing stock on SCA website..

  • thks bought one ….went through ebay OK ..but came to $160 for C&C ?????

At least store has stock, so rang and they have out aside for when order comes through,

Have one similar in storage on a farm, but 7 hour round trip and petrol, seems better to get one for inner city melbourne also.

Just in time for getting car ready for Christmas holidays.

    • Need to use P5OFF for another 8 off

      • Can likely contact eBay live chat and tell them the P5OFF didn't work for some reason and they should credit you the difference.

  • sounds like u forgot to use "P5OFF" code..?

  • Thanks! Localish store has stock Hopefully they open tomorrow
    Regards

    • my local is open tomorrow, so if ebay order doesn't go through tonight (takes longer than using SCA online), I can pickup tomorrow.

  • Tried to use the code on the website to use afterpay and it put the price up : /

    • +1

If you cannot afford it dont use afterpay :D

      • +1

        Savage.

      • i can afford it?

    • Discount on supercheaps website is off RRP. That why it went up.

  • Thanks OP, i've never used 2 codes before. Just so everyone knows, you enter JUMPER30 first, then another box comes up below it then you enter P5OFF.
I tried both codes spaced in one box and no dice.

    • doesn't matter which code first - as long as you enter them individually, i tried every option trying to get my C&C order to finalise….

  • The Costco one was a much better buy

Also twice the weight. This one is better for my needs as it wont stay on my garage floor.

      • +1

I've seen aluminium ones flex before so I never minded the extra weight

Thanks OP. Nice find! My Jack stopped working over the weekend so great timing and this will be the first time I purchased somthing listed on ozbargain that I actually need ;)

Please hand in your OzB membership on your way out. Thank you.

I have one of these, and it is fantastic. More than does the job, and is a reasonable weight to cart around

  • Garage jack… are these the ones for jacking up garage doors?

    • +3

Steel Vs Alloy. Better lifting weight on the steel one at 3T. Also has a lower and higher lift range. The main reason to choose an alloy one is the weight. Many of the 3T steel jacks are over 40Kg and are a difficult / awkward lift. The one you linked is surprising light at 34Kg and I originally looked at those a while ago but discounted them as they didn't have the Australian Standards sticker even though some claim to be tested. In comparison you could pickup the Toolpro steel 3T jack under $200 on sale and could return it if you had an issues.

      • Thanks for the pointers! I do envisage hauling this to track days so less weight would definitely be an advantage.

  • please enter a quantity of 0 or less ?

    deal dead ?

    • yup. Keep an eye on it though. THey might add stock later

  • Get the low profile one IMO (ToolPro as well)

    • This is a low profile one

  • Thanks OP, picked up one of two remaining stock at my local store, when I arrived another customer had ordered another 2 because the online inventory hadn't updated, poor guy.

  • An aluminum car just thats hold 2.7 ton. Wouldn't trust that.

    • Complies with AS/NZS 2693. All jacks sold in Australia have to comply with that specification.

I bought my first alloy jack in 2007. It did the job well until the ram blew (nothing to do with being alloy).

I ordered one of these yesterday. I didn't realise you could stack the coupons. :-( had to pay for shipping as well as the nearest stock was 25km away.

  • maybe this could be used if anyone missed out on the above… sorry if its not in the same league…. I know jack all about jacks
