  • How is the battery life?

    • +1

      Hi alvin-li,

The battery life is officially quoted as 11 hours - so typically i'd say you should be able to get around 7-8hrs on standard usage.

  • Is There any warranty ?

    • It says brand new, so should have manufacturers warranty as well as store warranty?

      • Thanks. Hope more explaining from StoreRep.

        • Hi Tedibaba,

It comes with full 12 months Manufacturers warranty, and also covered by the Consumer Law Guarantees!

          Hope this helps!

          • @JWComp: so if the unit died after 25 months would you replace it?

      thanks for providing comparison.

though i think your comment could be a little clearer…

this computer - ie the computer in this post has a better screen / graphics card than the one you have provided a link for at JBHIFI (which is more expensive)

I almost failed high school english

It took all of my limited brain capacity to even write what i wrote

  • Does this come with the active stylus? Pictures in the post description show the stylus but it is not listed in the specs.

I have confirmed that this specific model (14-cd0071tx) is compatible with the active pen (https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c05166879) but still can't figure out if it is actually included

  • Are there any benefits with the pro book line vs this?
Seems like a good price, I need it for my son's school next year.

  • Any option to double up the ssd and extra warranty?
