Good price IMHO, definitely lowest from what camelcamelcamel tells me. Might just pull the trigger myself!

It annoys me that makers of these "ultrabooks" like MSI and Asus still make you travel with a powerbrick instead of having usb c PD.

Do note that this model only uses on board gfx; there are versions with mx150 or gtx1050 if you are so inclined. The mx150 version can be had for just under $1200

    • The version with mx150 looks good

  • P65 is a beast

      So is the price.

  • I got a refurb Lenovo 2 months ago with almostly exactly the same spec as this, off Graysonline ebay for $560. So, yeah.. no deal.

    • The main advantage of this is the weight (1.2kg) and screen (98+% sRGB). Need to compare like to like. This is competing against the ThinkPad x range.

  • Mine is Lenovo Ideapad 320, Full HD IPS and 1.2KG. These spec are worth about $750-800 new I'd say.

  • Just a major caveat with this laptop — the PS42 is limited to single-channel memory that can potentially reduce performance depending on the application.

There's also no Thunderbolt 3 and even USB Type-C Gen 2, which is something I'd normally expect from a premium work laptop.

However for a $1000 this is definitely cheaper than the competing Dell XPS 13, though it's build quality is a little inferior.

    this just dropped another $88

    • It's tempting…

  • Anyone end up buying this with some feedback ?
