Yep listing shows refurbished as well as damaged box. However I checked the listing I purchased and it clearly states "brand new"and doesnt say damaged box. Wondering if the first few were new units then when they ran out they've updated the listing to refurbished units to be able to move them.
Either way, my purchase was for a brand new one with no mention of damage, so i'm going to assume if they send me a refurbished one then paypal/ebay has me covered . . hopefully :/
They aren't EB, they will do it properly and give you a refurbished unit with new box. bwahahhahaha

I know the pro version is better, but this is for the kids… I mean, are they going to notice that this isn't a "pro" version? More then happy to save $300 is that's possible :)
