    I order from them frequently and have never had a problem.

    I only see people complaining when 'deals' get posted here which are clearly a price error.

        Like I said, using them frequently for normal purchases I never have a problem.

        There was substantial stock, the risk with any store fulfilled model is that click & collect/online orders are taken when there is good stock in a store but before it can be actioned customers in store pick the shelves. In this instance there was substantial stock in most stores, store reserves, and central warehouse. The promotion was manually monitored and online cut off once at a point where there was risk of online Vs in store conflicts. Reading the comments bellow and above there doesn't appear to be lots of cancellations.
