Got these for one of our younger kids to put on his PC and I'm surprised by the sound they put out for such a low cost.
There are obviously better options for people taking their audio more seriously, but these are bloody good for the price point they sit at.

I use these, amazing for the cost :)

Is it they will have further 10% off storewide tomorrow?

  • I love little sets like this for connecting to $5 ebay bluetooth recievers.

Might get one for the bathroom. They always get water damaged, and this is cheap enough to replace often.

  • I have 2 of these.

    1) Seating on my desk at work and sound great at work.

    2) The other is actually hooked up to my TV and does all its sound. Not the best but for me it sounds great!

Price beat at OfficeWorks take 5% comes to $19.95

    • Officeworks price match policy excludes any Clearance item, you were just lucky.

      • I was lucky too I guess…

      • I just got mine from OW as well.
They don't really care with such a cheap item.
If you ask them to price beat something like macbook air, they will probably find 100s ways to send you away

        • No objections in price match for me either, given they are selling at $24, just $3 more I don't think my salesman cared, just saw $21 and matched.

  • They have these for the same price at Domayne (no special)

  • Got one from office works and the left speaker was dead

second one picks up electronic noise from the mains -.-

    • I just got mine from OW as well
      everything is perfect
I guess it's just not your day :(

    • OW price match.

      • For $19 and change it has decent sound for the times I don't want to use headphones. Sound/$$$ ratio is good.

      • picking up noise somewhere. The sub woofer is making a very helicopter like sound, I keep wanting to look out the window. It is only noticeable when there is no other sound. I think it might be off the modems it seems to drop when moved a few inches away.

  • I have the LS21s from years ago and if I recall correctly, I also bought them for $21.

Not the most earth shattering sound, but plenty good enough. I've had them at various times hooked up to the PC or the telly. Never skipped a beat.

  • How are these as cheap compact speakers for a TV in a lounge room?

    • +2

I wouldn't expect great results in a lounge. Just tested mine and they can fill the small bedroom/office at max volume. I think a lounge room might be a step too far but for they are cheap enough to try.

    • bought mine today.. they are decent. dont expect hi fi sound but worth the price.. but get it from officeworks .. price beat policy is great.

  • Anyone get the woofer working on these?
I get no sound from the woofer.

    • Worked fine once I found the on switch. I assume you tried the sub volume knob on the back of the sub? Otherwise it sounds broken.
