      Paypal flagged my transaction as suspicious and I received a text message from them, which I had to confirm, then the cards came through. Maybe a similar problem.

          Yes. UK account set up with a random UK address and phone number (although I think I could have used my real mobile number). Then added my AU address and set it as default postal address.

        Same. Used PayPal au but transaction was flagged as suspicious by my bank. Validate the payment and all is good.

    Getting this message strangely: To buy a gift card, you need a US eBay and PayPal account.

    UPDATE: Looks like the trick is set default delivery address to AU and message goes away.

    I log into paypal then it grays out the option and i try using credit card instead but payment doesn't go through with any of my cards. (profanity) this shit I'm over it.

    Got 2 accounts to order Wish gift cards.
    Fiirst order using first account went thru but haven’t received the gift cards
    Second order on 2nd account have received the giftcards very quick

    Anyone else have this issue and will eventually receive all giftcards?

        I have tried my other accounts too…

        With an ebay UK account I'm getting "To buy a gift card, you need a US eBay and PayPal account.", on the checkout page before doing anything.
        With an ebay AU or US account I'm getting "This code can't be applied to your order." after I enter PINCHME

        And when I try to pay with PayPal it says "Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options: Select a different payment option.
        Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue."

        1. make an eBay UK account
        2. enter a UK address and an AU mobile number
        3. add the gift card to cart (5 max)
        4. login to AU PayPal, it will ask for a code sent to your mobile
        5. apply the code
        6. confirm

            @bwatt72: Paypal will send you a code to verify your identity. You need to enter that code when logging into paypal.

    This is how I understand this - If I'm buying a $40 item with a $100 GC, I can use the GC again to claim the rest of the balance

    My question is, if I'm using multiple GC in a single transaction, which one will have the remaining balance? I'm assuming the last one?

      It will be the last one, the remaining balance of the GC will be tied to the eBay account that used it and will show during next checkout.

      Yuu don't even need to re-enter it, it will be there as an option to use for payment above the voucher code entry box.

    Uk paypal linked to uk ebay and au paypal linked to au ebay.
