If these ebay gift cards can be used in ebay UK, then use them in later day to purchase other gift cards to get the same discount if they are run out now.
They can be used in any region but I'm not sure if you are able to use eBay gift cards to buy other gift cards

go to you account setting, add your Australian address as primary then try again. worked for me

i used to get the same problem before, i just created a new account and it worked for some reason. dont know what happened the first time but this worked for me.
This was my 2nd attempt. I got a payment unsuccessful email just moment ago.
I haven't created a new account but just keep trying. It appears it has gone through now but payment is still pending.

Add random UK address as registered address and use AU mobile to confirm account via SMS then add AU address as preferred/Primary Delivery Address .
Tip : Use Dummy email by using existing email to register at eBay UK without creating new email id.

Have you changed your delivery address to AU address? I saw the same message and it was solved in this way, as mentioned in many other comments above.
Yes, Primary address, Delivery Address all changed to AU.

Now I wasn't able to purchase the gift cards using a credit card. I had to login into my proper paypal. Now I am hoping my original paypal doesn't get barred in anyway.

Once you buy these they have no relation to the UK eBay account you used to buy these and are the same as the ones you get at Woollies.

these giftcards will only work on ebay au to redeem, but yes you can purchase items with it from anywhere in the world.

Any ebay account, thats the point of a gift card so you can gift it to anyone
Any eBay Oz account but if there's some left on there once you use them then that's going to be tied to the eBay account.
Just got the voucher, so I just leave it until I buy something? No need to redeem or anything?

I created a 4th acc > wouldn't allow paypal > used CC > waiting for GC email.
got email: Your payment needs to be resent
1 - clear your cart.
2 - update your address and set the au address as primary.
3 - repeat and add to cart.
4 - place paypal account
5 - add powpw15
