          @OzSikh: This is what I got told after contacting Belong Mobile support when I queried the $20 referral credit.

          Thank you for reaching Belong Mobile. Upon checking, the $20 credit from Introduce a Friend promo was successfully credited in to your account and this will be visible on your dashboard on your next billing date.

              And then go to Manage / History

              There you should be able to see if the referral credit(s) have been applied, as well as the date it was applied.

                @ifuggedxyz: Thanks mate, I just checked It’s showing there.

                But weired thing is it’s not reflected in the available credit. I activated $40 sim on a $10 plan. It’s showing $30 available credit instead of $50.

                But it’s definitely showing under Manage / History.

                May be as chadiwrx suggested it should be sorted on the next billing date.

      My belong dashboard's been crashing ever since I submitted my port request yesterday, saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later." It was working very slowly this morning but has started crashing again, blocking me from submitting a support request. Just wondering if I am the only one experiencing this? My wife's account which doesn't have an active number appears to be loading fine.
