@krazynayba: People who have throughly tested them side by side with measurements on voltage/capacity etc conclude that they are the same Sanyo batteries.

Eneloop Pros aren't meant for that kind of use. More for torches etc needing the extra juice. The trade off with the Pros is quicker discharge.
Use normal Eneloops for longer lifespan, or just buy LADDA's.

Apples for apples. You are not comparing the same. Coles batteries were rated high because of their price, not because they are almost as good as Eneloops.

They definitely rated higher than standard enloops, and almost as good as pros even when you ignore cost. (According to choice)

@bargainparker: True, and even which one lasts longer was not straightforward - although the pros lasted longer with each charge, the Coles were more likely to still be working after 100 charges.
