Friend, its better than your run of the mill places but id say theres better sushi places in perth. In Perth, for makizushi rolls theres a place next to jbhifi (the one down an alley) which is reasoably cheap. Personally i think jaws needs to up their quality a bit to stay competitive but hey it works for them.

is that the one in Picadilly arcade (where the rock candy is) but opp the coffee shop? When I walk past there in the early morning it smells so good.

Friend, yes. One of the better ones but not on the mains treets so it doesn't get that much exposure.

    • Taka is so much better.

    • Agree the food is not amazing and pretty standard. They have been around for a long time but they haven't really changed their menu for a long time. Wish they did more modern sushi like caterpillar roll, dragon roll, spider rolls. Jaws is more of a dining experience with the sushi train and the staff yelling out 'irashaimase' greeting you as you walk in and arigatou when you leave. and I find the staff polite and always get great service when I am there.

      • a lot of places in Japan have not changed their menu in decades. as long as they do the classics well, I see no problem with eating there. high quality ingredients etc. Jaws just seems like fast food sushi to me.

Uhm….What happens if they close down? Lots of companies seem to be going bust these days?

    • +1

Yup, my thoughts exactly. Seems like a business trying to get as much $ upfront as possible before they close down.

I remember I thought I was getting the deal of a lifetime for one of those 'lifetime' Getflix VPN's, only a month or two later for Netflix to block using them.

Sounds like a company that is struggling with cash flow to me.

Then you become an unsecured creditor, ranking just above the owners/shareholders. In other words you'll get next to nothing.
