170

OK, so it's not Mayvers, but this should tide you over for a little while. The price is Simply Nuts!

these are plastic bottle right ?

what's the difference between rustic grind and crunchy ?

    • The jars are glass.

Not sure what the difference between Crunchy and Rustic Grind is, but apparently the Rustic Grind is meant to replicate 'homemade' peanut butter. Not sure what that's supposed to mean exactly though!

      For $2.50, I'll give it a go.

      • Home made means it's going to be crap and difficult to spread.

  • Mayvers is ok. Not 100% aussie nuts.

    pic's is still the best.

  • Got a jar of the smooth a couple weeks ago for $2.00
Pretty good for the price, but for a peanut butter that is only nuts and a hint of salt it is surprisingly runny.

    • a couple weeks ago for $2.00

      where ?

      • Hampton, it was on clearance. I believe it was store specific as my local store was the regular price. I got the last jar so didn't bother posting.

  • Bought this last week from Woolies on special, was not a fan at all. Very, very runny and therefore not enjoyable.

    • You should probably stick to the unhealthy peanut butters then.

      • Bega is so runny that Mayver's and Pic's are almost "thick" by comparison.

    • When you say runny, do you mean it's very thin and not absorbed into the toast?

  • I think this is the best Peanut Butter hands down

  • So before we had the exact same size jar as 100% nuts or whatever at same price. Now a special label and smaller jar and meant to lap this crap up?

    • If you think things don't continuously either go up in price or down in size or both, I've got news for you.

Executives need to eat too you know.

  • The rustic is my go to butter. No sugar, no salt, no added oil, 100% Aussie nuts. Sure it's a bit runny but give it a mix and it's good to go.
