Exactly, sorry I put a same comment before reading yours. I have got $121.77 back in my account, and was wondering AUD isn't standing strong against USD and losing its value day by day, so I was expecting it to be close to AUD 127, isn't it?
Brands work with different networks so tracking speeds will vary.
You can also refer to our comment here regarding some discrepancies. NordVPN is reporting sale amounts in the $148-$149 range back to us.

I have bought this deal yesterday and spent AUD 152.54 and only got AUD 121.77 as a cash back from shopback.com.au , 82% of 152.54 is around AUD 126. Did anyone get a less cash back than expected?

the slight difference is due to bank charges, I think the Shopback rep has mentioned it somewhere in the comments on this deal.
Thanks vik27kum. I'll check that in the comments. Although, I thought it should be pretty straight forward, AUD isn't much lingering against USD so conversion should be even greater than AUD 126, but surprisingly it was below AUD 126. This is what surprised me and hence posting it here.
Standard bank forex fee is 3%.
3% of $126 is $3.78 which brings it down to $122.22
Factor in forex fluctuation and different rate from different financial institutions and you get pretty damn close to that 121.77

I've sent over 5 emails since Thu 2 May and none of them were answered. I have got an international Tx fee of $4.61 which I had never got before for any USD tx in the past. I called my bank and they suggested to contact the merchant as it depends on them. Plus 82% of $153.73 equals to $126.05, how can there be such a difference?

There is a current backlog of email queries but your query will be attended to soon. We don't handle any transactions so the international fee issue would be between your bank and NordVPN. We currently also don't offer customer service through the phone.

The price you've paid depends on how your bank/financial institution is doing the currency conversion. NordVPN receives payment in USD and do their own conversion back to AUD to pay us the commissions which is why there may be some discrepancies.
As mentioned here, the sale amounts reporting back to us are in the $148-$149 range.

Are you a new customer or have you used NordVPN in the past (this includes trials)? If this isn't the case then it could be something on your browser which may have stopped tracking from going through.
For now, I'd suggest getting an invoice number as outlined here and submitting this form for investigation/processing.

Hi @gotyourback, like @spy my cashback also hasn’t appeared from 3 days ago. I can submit a missing cashback form because I never received a confirmation email for my order. The order went through, my card was charged, and my VPN works. How can I claim the missing cashback? Please let me know what to do, it’s a lot of money on the line. Thanks
Thanks. I have submitted this. However it says it could take up to 35 days. If I don’t get cashback then I want the NordVPN 30 day refund. Can this be processed quicker so I know that the cashback is coming through? I don’t want to pay $150 for the VPN…
In many cases claims don't take close the 30 day mark so this is fine. Yep we are well aware of this 30 day refund period so we will strive to sort it as quickly as possible.
Even I never got the cash back listed under cashback activity, then I had to complete the missing ShopBack process.
This is so frustrating, does anyone received this cashback??
And same like many users it cashback has to be there before 30 days otherwise NORDVPN not gunna refund our money.
Update, it took just over three hours.
Quick note, the actual cashback amount appears to be just under 80%, not 82%. The USD amount charged was $107.55. 80% of that is $86.04. $86.04USD is $122.84AUD according to google ($122.469 according to xe.com). The amount showing up is $121.84, which is within the realm of "eh, close enough, currency conversion blah blah" margin of error. 82% should give closer to $125.54AUD.
I'm just happy it tracked, so I won't complain about the missing couple bucks.
