    Can you please explain to me why all my invoices keep auto renewing despite the fact I turn off auto renewal? This isn't the first time this has happened. Every single time I make a manual payment, auto renew is automatically enabled again. It's very frustrating and makes for a shit customer experience.

      Hosting services automatically renew. There is no way to disable the auto-renewal of website hosting services. Domain names do not auto-renew at this point of time. If you contact our billing team via eTicket they'll be able to run you through it.
