    I got the same email, but I had 3 items on the order. Only one item has been cancelled, the other two appear to still have been billed (according to paypal). Hopefully they arrive, their order tracking is a little confusing.

    Wtf this is BULLSHIT
    I originally had two items from the 2 for 25 pounds range, 1 got cancelled and now I'm paying $20(AUD) for the other one?!
    Bastards only cancelled one so the prices go up!
    Now I have to try cancel the other one too. I'm not paying $20 for one item instead of $30 for two.

      Just shoot them an email I'm pretty sure they will adjust the price for you and give you a refund for the excess. I have ordered a lot of things from them and thus far their customer service has been very good.

        They've now told me I can't cancel it as it is 'being prepared for despatch'.
        This feels like a bait and switch to me.

        I guess I'll have to contact them now.

      They only charge you when they are ready to send the item. If it was out of stock you should not have been charged in the first place.

        This should be the case if you pay by credit card, but I think Paypal transfers the the fund immediately unless being rejected by the receiver.

          Not sure how it works with credit card payments but I always pay via Paypal and they only take the money out when it's ready to be sent.

    I am really not impressed that my order got cancelled, I got in pretty early and it went through, so why should it cancel!?

    I ordered a couple of XL and a couple of M of these before posting this deal and my M ones were cancelled too so it looks like they stuffed up on the quantity available for that sizing.

    Try again later their site seems to be very buggy these past few days. I have now received around a dozen or so dispatch emails for the same item. Make sure you check your credit card to see how much has been taken out (ie the discounts are taken into account) because their site is definitely not working as it should.

    After receiving 17 Dispatch emails in the days after I ordered and receiving an order status update just last week, only this morning was it that I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled.

    We are sorry to advise that your order for Men's Ecko Raw And Uncut Hooded Top - Grey - S is no longer available at our suppliers. Please be assured that we have contacted alternative sources and regrettably we were unable to obtain your item.
    Your order has been cancelled and no payment has been taken for the cancelled items.
    This product will be removed from our website in due course.

    I was looking forward to getting that hoodie. ='(

    edit: I also noticed that the price of the same Ecko hoodies (in black & charcoal) has dropped down 1 pound from £12.99 to £11.99

    Yeah I received about 15 dispatch emails as well. They have stopped now though.

    So far have received half my order and the hoodies are good, the two fila polos and fila jumper is also good. For the price I/we paid am quite pleased.
