  I think newer chip has better integrated graphics though, and Midi Tower case has full-height PCIe slots.

Seriously these refurbs need to be written down further. The new wave of AMD-induced competition means no one should be buying these at these price levels.

    No I didn't. Personally the sub $5 Win 10 Pro keys from eBay work just fine. But yes those are not for everybody.
