Be careful, last time i used ebay for airpods they confirmed my purchase but then said it didn't go through, went on love chat for an hour without any outcome or compensation.
I dont trust ebay anymore.

Samsung 970 EVO PLUS PCI-e going for around $288 before cashback. Not as cheap as last time ($279) - but still a lot better than the silly $395 price jack that Futu Online did with the POSTIE code.
I like how this shop normally doesn't charge postage, but suddenly charges $15 unless you're with ebay Plus. Even for small items which I know can be shipped for a lot less.

@easoweno: Yes I have just received a tax invoice from Allphones. The price and gst indicated in tax invoice is the price before ebay discount applied.
@easoweno: Yes when I bought it, it only had a couple of phones left for a couple of colours. I have already received tracking number. Unfortunately deals like this means you have to move quickly.

Dunno but I always use Paypal, then immediately go into Paypal and cancel it from there. The occasional badly implemented site will cancel your trial immediately though.

On the contrary, I had my eye on a laptop that's maintained its price for a while. I expected a price-jack, but it held the same price - there was plenty of stock in the morning and at lunch, but when I went to buy it it the afternoon it had sold out.

I wish eBay just killed off eBay plus already and went back to the regular sitewide discounts available to all customers. I have spent considerably less money on eBay since these changes. I imagine I’m not alone. These select item sales are a time waster and frustrating.
I actually found I spent more with eBay Plus and say stores like computer_alliance who don't appear to be engaged in pricejacking (or if so, it's not as extreme as other merchants). But sales like this one and wireless 1 are rubbish for most things I've checked so far (mainly GPUs).

I got into the same issue; it works with my old account that already subscribes to eBay Plus before the promotion, it is not working with the new account active eBay plus after.
I used to get excited about Ebay sales…. now I just scroll straight past.
