      I think the MacBook Pro charges at up to 87W, this one's USB-PD (USB-C port) charges at 60W so you won't get fastest possible charging, but it will still work - it might just charge slowly / only maintain if you're using it at the same time.

      The iPhone XS charges at up to 18W so this will be more than enough to charge that.

      But this has one USB-PD (USB-C) port so you won't be able to charge both at the same time (fast charging), you'll have to charge one using slow charging.

      yes I think it's 60W on USB-PD and 15W for the USB ports so you can charge a MBP and a iPhone at the same time

      Actually let me know if you ever find one - I don't think I've ever seen a charger with more than one USB-C (USB-PD) charging port, probably a power draw issue since it probably makes more sense to put one USB-PD (60W) port than two USB-PD (30W) ports?

        They exist. Satechi makes one they had at Amazon but it's now out of stock. Zmi, OzBargain fave, has one on indiegogo now.

        Yea, Satechi makes one with 2 x USB-C. I have both variants (the one in this post and 2 x USB-C one) and they work perfectly. The 2 x USB-C is used as a charging dock at home so both iPhone and USB-C devices (phone, laptop) can fast charge. The 1 x USB-C is my laptop/travel charger that stays in my bag. Highly recommended.

      Nintendo Switch in docked mode uses a very strange non-standard charging profile. I'd stick to chargers that have been tested (extensively) to work without bricking the console.

    Charges my Dell XPS 15.
    BTW this charger is useful as a travel charger if you have a family or lots of USB powered devices.
    It uses a figure 8 power cord which are very common, you can buy off eBay for the US UK or EU outlet for under $5 delivered.
    Once when I ordered a soundbar it came with 3 different figure 8 cords for different regions. I use these cords with this charger when I travel!!
    Have a look through your box of power cords you may already have one.
