Windows 10 Pro OEM from a reputable online retailer.
There is a lot of hate on OzBargain for such deals, but I think based on the reputation of the seller, that these keys are legitimate.

Where in the item description does it say it is a German key????
when you do a pid check on the key once youve installed windows, it tells you its a dm oem, you can do a pid check from within windows or download the official microsoft pid tool, any key thats oem is obviously original

No thanks, if its a German key they are available much cheaper elsewhere.
@aussietivoman: buy it from ebay.de from a seller with thousands of positive feedback, theres dozens of these sellers, it will cost you perhaps 5 bucks or even less, i would not recommend buying this key in this thread

You're a classic. Do some more reading before you disappear up your own fundamental. Btw Gates doesn't own or run Ms any more (under 2% of shares a couple of years back after regular donations) but he and his wife are without doubt among THE greatest philanthropists of our time.

@lnq: Judging from your posts here I wouldn't trust you as far as I could throw you but I sincerely hope you're right. Have you done the requisite reading on gardasil and actually informed yourself about the works of the Gates Foundation yet, or are you still wallowing in your self-imposed ignorance?

Yes.
There is no difference in the files themselves, they are all downloaded from Microsoft.
The problem some people have is that they suspect it's a OEM/educational deal/Windows developer or tech licence/etc rather than full retail price.
Whether or not it's true no one really knows for sure, and if it's true that this is not the retail version it won't affect your use, but you will have to ask yourself how you feel about getting a discounted copy of the same Microsoft product (the same Microsoft which has been ripping customers off for years) and 'ripping off' Microsoft back.
@odgaf: and lets not forget that you have to ring microsoft to activate many of the keys, anyway enjoy calling microsoft sucker
