1: heaps of people and suffocation. Not sure what insurance they need or carry.
2: literally zero or non audible communication from guards when trains are delayed or stuck at station.

BULLSHIT compensation, if you myki's pass expire on Friday, they will add it into Saturday. Rarely people who use myki pass will use it on Saturday. WASTE

This comment is incorrect. Compensation takes the form of myki money equivalent to 1 day of fares (i.e. $8.80 if your pass is for zone 1). It does not extend your myki pass by a day. You can use the myki money on any day of choosing, or use it to purchase a pass.
Agree - got a day's equivalent of Myki money (not Pass) added to my account last month.
i just realised you have toa ctually have a myki pass for the additional day compensation. I thought it was just the 10+ days touched on during the month OR 28 day pass.
Bit ridiculous that I touched 15-20 times in the month and, got screwed over a couple times, and get stuff all compensation.

It angers me that CityRail provides such terrible service, with daily delays and overcrowding, and they suffer absolutely no consequences.
