Here's a mid-week offer with 100% cashback (up to $10) on your Chemist Warehouse purchase through ShopBack today! Click and collect is also available at selected stores.

Important Notes:

  • 100% cashback offer is capped at $10, and limited to one transaction per customer and is applicable to purchases up to the value of $200 (excluding delivery fees).
  • Cashback will track at 5%, however we will add in a top up amount to add up to the 100% (max $10) by 31 October.
  • Cashback is not applicable to GST amounts, however on this occasion the 100% cashback offer will be applicable on the GST component.
    • Sample scenario:
      Normally if you'd purchase an item for $10, cashback would only be applicable on the pre GST price of $9.09. However in this occasion the 100% cashback component will apply to the purchase amount of $10 ($0.45 will track first, then an additional $9.55 will be credited later).
  • Subsequent transactions for the day will only be eligible for 5% cashback.

Offer T&Cs:

  • To qualify for 100% cashback at Chemist Warehouse, place an order between 12:00 AM-11:59 PM AEDT 3:20PM AEDT on 16 October 2019 through ShopBack.
  • The 100% cashback offer is capped at $10 and is limited to one transaction per customer during this promotion. Subsequent purchases will only be eligible for 5% cashback.
  • Cashback will initially track at 5%, and the remaining amount due will be added to eligible accounts by 31 October 2019.

      Purchasing through Shopback on chemist warehouse almost never registers for me. I have to report a missing transaction every time.

      Did you get your order in before the cut-off time? My order was placed after they pulled the plug and to add insult to injury, it hasn't tracked yet for the measly 5% cashback they'll give in lieu of 100%.

      What also pisses me off is the way the shopback rep has just cut and run. Shopback have obviously decided the best way to deal with this mess is to just ignore all the complaints and hope everyone just forgets about it.

        I did get it before the cutoff but others I know didn’t. I don’t think they would have made their purchases without the offer either.

      You should have received an order confirmation email from CW, there's a "Track Order" link in the email that will show you the current status of the order. If it's still stuck at 'Processing Order' rather than 'Awaiting Collection' then I'd contact CW and find out why.

  • Had to put in a missing claim for the initial 5% cashback (meet all eligibility requirements including revised cut off time). First time using it too and so far not impressed.

  • Wow, didn’t see the drama until I check this again.

    For all the negs, all I have to say is shopback has been great, theybhave offered fantastic rewards. Sometimes I think they must be losing money to give these rewards(customer acquisition).

    Changing T&C sucks, but to anyone who bought and missed the cut off, simply don’t pick up your item and CW will be forced to refund you. So no loss.

      Me to. I checked and Shopback had failed to track my shopping from four different retailers including this one. I think they are getting unreliable and I should revert back to Cashrewards.

          I think the additional bonus amount is manually credited, up to $10 dollars for each transaction, by the 31st October date. The process is not automatic.

      I also only got 5% even though I ordered well before the time they rescinded the deal….these guys are dodgy as…. I think they just expect not everyone to pick up the missing cashbacks. I wish I can go back and neg this deal

I recently went through my click activity and noticed that they missed a fair bit of the transactions and offers that I was supposed to get a cashback on. Its just the constant going back, checking, lodging a missing cashback that's getting annoying.

    Load of bull. I paid for my order at 7:30am and only got $0.66 of my $15 order.

  • Bonus cashback bringing the total up to $10 just appeared as "Pending" on my account - says it will be available by November 1. The default 5% cashback was confirmed earlier today on my account.

  • CB calculation didn’t include GST. They argued that GST was excluded so I pointed them to T&C then asked for photo of email
    Confirmation in which I provided and they credited me the difference.
    Should have been a seamless experience.

  • Arghh, just saw discussion about missing cashback in another thread, and realised I never double checked this had been tracked. Shopback shows my click though but no record of the transaction from it, and as it is now more than 30 days completely missed out. Very annoyed.
