Description

Put on your sunglasses and prepare to step into the boots of Duke Nukem, whose legend has reached epic proportions in the years since his last adventure.     Terrible terrible game. Gamespot rated is 3/10. A waste of 20 odd dollars.

      Sure it doesn't live up to the hype but after 10 years what the hell can?

          not at all tulkn. Duke nukem taught me how to cook.
          if you only have one drumstick, shoot it and it becomes two drumsticks.
          I still use that trick in a few dishes today.

      You can also sell it for a profit once you are done with this game.

      People are buying it on eBay for more than $30 preowned, and the highest I've seen paid was around $45 for it brand new.

      I love eBay sometimes, not as a buyer but as a seller.

      I enjoyed it. The low reviews only come from people having expectations based on the development history. It's not technically brilliant but it's fun and the amount of references included are amazing.

      only if you're hard up for $20. For about $2 an hour of light entertainment it's a fun game. Is it a great game? Nope but it is fun.

    Not sure I can beat the memories of lugging my PC to a mates for some LAN gaming, running around with a bazooka blowing up your mates, with custom phrases from The 12th Man such as "Got Him, yeeesssss" and "blew a hole right through the bastard" (refers to blowing his nose on a tissue but fitted oh so well in the game)

    Those were the days.

      Agreed. If anyone is considering buying this game, I would recommend "buying" it from EB games first, then playing it a bit. You've got 7 days to return it, but you'll probably only need a couple of hours. The price may be "cheap" but there's no value in it at $20. FWIW I returned Duke Nukem and picked up Batman Arkham Asylum which is infinitely better than DNF

    The only bad part of this game is the multiplayer, if your just into a shooter, look elsewhere. This game at times is really hard, and some of the in game puzzles will have you thinking your an idiot because it's right infront of you but you don't see it initially. It's a bit like the saints row games, you sacrifice a bit of graphics for a laugh. I'm actually amazed at the nuditynin the same (not a complaint ) but hey that's what I got it for too lol.

    Honestly though, 70% off the cheap games posted here are garbage, so if you can look past bad reviews and ordinary graphics, you will have a good time playing this. I got my copy for $44 from big w and have no regrets

    Based on the game play alone, I will have to give this a negative.
    Even for $5 the game seems so tedious and slow… As someone else has said purchase the game from EB games and get a refund within 7 days if you don't like it.

    Only thing I liked in this game was the artificial boobies, probably the best tits I've seen in a game.

        I don't see this as a bargain, why would you waste any money on such a bad game is beyond me…

        That $22 would be better spent on some iphone/android apps & games.
        At least they'd keep you entertained.

    i would much rather a game with a better story line then graphics and this game i think is funny and fun. plus plenty of bewbs. the multiplayer may suck but i don't like playing multiplayer anyways so i don't care.
