if you don't move around, i'd suggest you to buy a laptop with a minimum gpu and a desktop, this satisfies your desire of owning a highend gpu, i understand that obsession to have a better gpu, to assemble a rtx 2080 ti can be as low as $2500, it beats the shit out of whatever comes inside a laptop, the best laptop gpu nowadays is just a castrated rtx 2080, nowhere as good as rtx 2080, then you have rtx 2080 super and ti, this laptop just has a max q aka castrated 2070… which isn't capable to play demanding games
Home I have 3700X, Vega64 desktop.
Laptop is for work/remote (2nd location) use.
Not gonna lie, I wish this was 15". Almost gonna buy but I just tried the G7 17" in jbhifi and even though it's only a bit bigger it feels so much larger. The 15" was just the perfect size.
But the specs for that price is insane.
