      • Except can't use more than 1 Voucher "expires at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/01/2020"

        • buy 1 use it toss it then buy another use it toss it ………..

          • @Braggs: it's for new customers anyways. once your first voucher expires, even if the other ones are still valid, you won't be able to use them until you port out and then port in again

    • The problem is as I use the 90 day Sims for data and don't want to port a number just use a new one

      • +1

Then get the Catch Connect deal for $10 after cashback.

        • +2

Optus is no go in my area.
BTW love the username was a big fan

          • @shane2770: Can't you just port in your old used up data sim then? Any number will do.

    • Yeah I was looking for a cheap plan for my folks coming over from the UK this friday for 6 weeks. They won't want to port any numbers so looks like the main one on this page is the way to go

      • Is this something new (not wanting to port numbers)?

        • Just the top one Arthur posted above. The deal OP posted is OK.

  • wow good deal.

i've been with Kogan few months ago but now on Circles.Life. I'm presuming that if i port back to Kogan then i'd be counted as a new customer

    • +6

Wait for a minimum of 30 days before porting back and you'll be as good as new.

  • Damn I rushed in, could have done the 14.90 for 20gb a month deal. Don't see myself even getting to that. But I get to keep my number for the $24.90, i think…

  • +3

Catch will do it for $15 for 90 days…albeit with only 54GB…but a better network IMO.

    • Are we able to port in for this?

      • +1

Yes, you will get asked if you want to port during the activation process. Don't forget to purchase via Cashrewards for $5 cashback.

    • -1

      but a better network

      lol 🙅‍♂️ no deal

  • +1

good deal for 3 months as it hassle to register a new card each time
overall I like kogan mobile and techo junk from him. no one perfect. Give him credit as not easy running a big business in this changing world.

Give him credit as not easy running a big business in this changing world.

While I don't necessarily disagree with your sentiment, I'd say it's because of the rapidly changing tech landscape that they've been successful.

      • As Charles Darwin said It is not the most intellectual or the strongest of species that survives; but the species that survives is the one that is able to adapt to and adjust best to the changing environment in which it finds itself.
Look how many dont adjust and go belly up

        • +1

Absolutely…I just wouldn't perhaps give them too much credit for being adaptive to a changing world…they wouldn't exist without the changing world (cutting out the middlemen on electronics, piggybacking MVNOs, etc).

  • How do they define new customer? I have 2 number does that mean I can only use this on 1 number?

    • irrelevant of how many MSN you have in your name; as long as those numbers are not currently Kogan and has not been Kogan for the past 30 days, then when you activate and port your existing numbers, you are considered new to Kogan network.

  • Guys I am finishing up my plan with Optus and looking to move to a prepaid option. Just found this offer. Sorry for being a noob, but what happens after the 90 day period, do I then go on to any other available prepaid top ups ?

    • Either port to another deal posted on Ozbargain or recharge at a more expensive rate.

Usually the Catch Connect $15 (90 days) deal is available that I posted above so just port over to that.
