According to the change history, it looks like the title is wrong and that the offer will be $1.

      Ebay told me the money should be refunded within 5 days, it's been 11 days and still nothing…. Grubs indeed
      I also started a Paypal dispute at the same time just in case and have also just been approved

      How long does it usually take for the Paypal refund? It says up to 30 days…

    I also filed a PayPal dispute, but after contacting eBay and not being convinced by their offer. And I got a refund of $47.99 today too.

    Still no refund and was told the below when I contacted them today

    please know that the refund process will take to a maximum of 25-30 days base on your billing cycle. We still need to wait for your invoice to be generated before we can process it further. You will then receive a PayPal notification once the refund is complete.

    Impacted also. I was not charged $1 back in Dec and have now been charged the full 48.99 as they put me on a 1 month free trial. After some fighting with the chat person they agreed to refund the difference. 10-15 days refund. They said it was a hiccup … Let's see…

      My ebay Plus (never used it so far), actually gives me the expiry date of the free year as a reminder, so I will more than likely cancel by then.

      You need to raise a PayPal dispute if you want your refund.

        Thanks for the tip :) in the last two days I received a refund from both PayPal and eBay so now I'm $48.99 ahead.
