          No customer service for defective product.
          The worst purchase I've made from Amazon

          I purchased this setup about a month ago. Worked pretty good for the first week, then began to cut out, I thought it was my phone. As time passed I noticed I was having a hard time getting my ear buds to take a charge, But figured it must be me, just not setting the buds in the cradle correctly.
          Now, the cradle will not take a charge at all so my earbuds are useless.

          I have tried contacting the company who makes them but can't get a response out of them, customer service is totally none existent.

          I don't know why Amazon does not stand behind the products they sell, one has to go to the maker to get service, then when they don't respond, we end up loosing. I just threw a hundred dollars out the window as I have no recourse.

          Very disappointed in this product and Amazon at this point.
          I should have just started a hundred dollar bill on fire, I would at least know what I am getting up front, the same as I did not "NOTHING".

          Don't buy these
          Within a few months one earbud stopped working and one side of the charging station stopped working. Later the other earbud failed. I've emailed the company twice to no response even though they are under warranty. Don't buy these!

              @Clear: i have never found it economically viable to return stuff to china if iā€™m not happy with the item bought on banggood, gearbest, geek, ebay etc considering austpost rates for registered postage, and if it isnā€™t registered, it canā€™t be tracked. Ebay especially, if itā€™s not registered you have no proof you sent it or it arrived.

              if itā€™s via amazon, just get a refund and buy something else if they donā€™t work, amazon refund policy and speed is one of the reasons you buy from amazon instead of gearbest, banggood, geek etc, they even offered to pay for postage back to USA for something i considered returning.

  • Have one of this. Okay for music and video. Battery life is good for average use. Not good for calling, the other end can never hear clearly.

    right side touch doesn't work at all and the case is scuffed, looks like used.

    Please send me the product i purchased, I can return the item if you are paying the shipping.

    Otherwise, send me new product and i will scrap it and send you the picture as disposal.

    Im not happy that you are partially refunding the amount. The item is no use to me.

    You have two options either you refund my money or send me the brand new item what i paid for.
