These desperately need pass through because they are so big you can't plug it into splitter/powerboard (ignoring the interference issue). They more than likely will hog the entire powerpoint/points by itself.

    It may just work, just have to plug it into the further plug on the adapter. Still at this price point it doesn't hurt to have pass through at least on the non Wifi one.

Never buy Ethernet over power gear not in a retail store that supports returns (UNLESS you already know it will work in your house?)

I hoped and prayed I would be fine, got the best gear you can.
Nothing, just nothing, power in the house totally incompatible. Was lucky to sell it at only a 30 instant plus loss :(
