Buying an s10 a month before the s20 comes out…
Used s10s will be worth about $400 after the s20 is out.
They were probably only worth that to start with, but they all have crazy markup on high end phones because people keep paying it! I definitely wouldn't buy one until seeing the new model though, as the S10 will only go down in price. Hopefully it's a good one :)

Misses needs a new phone to replace her s7. The non s10 prices don't seem very cheap. The a70 seems to tick all the boxes is this worth what they are asking? Or is this the best value at this pricepoint? Any help much appreciated

Possible to port first and then use 400 gift card against new phone? Travelling next month so could get TRS too. For me effectively would mean new s10 for circa 870. That's doable if it works that way.
I asked same qn other day at TGG though.
As per them, you port the number first then you get the gift card and then you can use that to pay off for the phone.
i think with jb you can actually just use this credit for the phone itself when buying
Just keep in mind Galaxy S20 just around the corner. But still quite good price.
