It's an ordinary $2 starter SIM. It comes with no credit. You have to buy credit after activation.
Can you put in a mobile to just receive texts and calls but no outbound calls and texts?
Just a SIM card with phone number. No calls, text or data.
lebara is "travel sim". It has cheaper overseas calling rates and it works on more international networks when you travel.
