$10 Voucher ($50 Min Spend) on Your Birthday for IKEA Family Members @ IKEA

320

New birthday offer. Much better than the princess cake IMO.

Unique code valid online or in store for purchases of at least $10.00.

Mine did not have an expiry on the email but the terms state there should be one there.

Now has a $50 minimum spend.

5 days ago for me. Annoying.

        • Err this was posted on my birthday! D:

    • No your birthday is tomorrow ;)

    • Mine was last month too, I didn't get to use my cake voucher because the restaurant had closed down for COVID - I emailed support and they sent me a $10 voucher instead :)

    Birthday deal wiki updated.

  • Has anyone got the $10 credit for >$100 spend over 3 months?

    • Nope mine hasn't come through yet

      • Just to add, I never receive any email regarding my $10 voucher, I only receive a "reminder" email 2 days before it expires.
You contact Ikea and tell them that, all they say is that they can not do anything and that $10 voucher must be used before expiry.

  • About time. Much better than a small slice of unwanted cake.

  • I didn't mind the cake but how delicious would some LADDAs be?

  • IKEA never seem to remember when my birthday is, always have to ask them where my princess cake is. Hoping that changes this year with this new offer!

  • Is this issued on your birthday itself or before?

  • Can you use this with the sign up voucher?

  • I guess the QR code can be used multiple times with any IKEA family account, no restrictions apart from min spend, as per the similar deal - https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/531801

Received my birthday voucher this month but $40 min spend.
    Is that a new requirement?

wouldn't surprise me. with the state of the economy, these companies are no longer as generous with their birthday offerings/freebies. krispy kreme this year stopped doing the free glazed doughnut. jesters sent an email a few weeks ago saying you'll no longer get a free birthday kk doughnut, and you'll have to make a purchase in the 6 months leading up to your birthday.

happy birthday, btw. hope you find a bargain that's exactly $40 ;)

  • its $10 off $50 min spend for the month of July.

    T&C here: https://www.ikea.com/au/en/files/pdf/ab/ad/abad984f/terms-co…

  • I wonder what makes a member 'qualify' for the voucher, I didn't qualify but have spent a lot there in the past year!
