It's a weird bundle. Targeted at a few too many people it doesn't really seem that good for many…

    • +2

yeah I was initially interested and while looking through the bundle my thoughts were "meh, it's all second choice apps and a tonne of DLC for one game" - yes I know in the top tier there is an extra couple of added games)

  • +4

Can't say I find anything here useful except maybe displayfusion.

Spacewolf barely has any reviews but not looking great.

  • Yeah I’m not sure how many people are working from home without some kind of company IT support providing software?

  • +2

Yeah, it's a weird bundle but I think there may be some people who are interested in the games and can make use of some of the subscriptions too - at first I was excited to see a year of Parallels for $1.50 but it's only Parallels Access, not Desktop.

Good for anyone trying to startup their own company at home after being laid off, then realising there's no work and going off and playing Warhammer instead.

  • I’ve been hanging out for a display fusion deal, $33 is cheaper than retail but still not as cheap as it’s been previously.

Do I hang out a bit longer??

    • sounds to me that display fusion is a want, not a need.

      • I definitely need it, been using the trial on a 49” ultrawide

        • +1

It's not a patch on Display Fusion, but PowerToys allows you to create multiple "zones" to drag windows into - so you can set up your ultrawide as, say, six different zones to help productivity.

          • @miarn: yeah i've tried that (along with another 10 or so apps). display fusion is the closest to what it was like having 3 separate monitors.

looks like an ok deal really.

display fusion (steam version) on their website= $34.99US = $55.6828 AUD
display fusion on steam AU = $49.95

so $33 aint bad, even if i dont touch any of the other software

    • Seems like deals are quite rare. If you would like the other things in the bundle then go for it, otherwise maybe hang out a bit longer.

    • There was a time when Display Fusion was $2..

  • +1

I didn't realise that WordPerfect still existed as a product.

  • +4

Not too bad. Bought it four times at $1.50 and got a year's worth of Evernote Premium for $12. Usually $90

    • +1

Epic saving just for this alone!

      • Just use a different payment method. E.g. PayPal, credit card, ApplePay.

        • Woohoo. That worked perfectly. Thank you!

    • Not stackable. Hope you’re not already a Premium customer…

wordperfect? does it come with a cardboard keyboard overlay?

  • Action! Lifetime license (Steam)

So by "work remote", they mean become a game video maker (ideally of 40k?)

    • Yes pretty much.

  • Not a bad deal the steam activatable keys alone are worth about $70.92 AUD according to isthereanydeal

The subscription stuff is cool but personally I am only interested in permanent or lifetime subscription deals because when they are over it's back to free or nothing or worse forgotten subscription which equals ongoing forgotten bills.

At $33 AUD it works out to about $3.30 AUD per steam key which is not bad honestly could always be better but it is a solid deal.

Now the question is does the content appeal to you.. I amhave a collector so I buy almost anything as my tastes slightly change so a bargain is a bargain and sometimes these bargains only come once in a lifetime so yeah good luck in your decide.

Personally I bought it at $33 AUD.
