Anyone know if anyone have received fake ones from ShoppingSquare?
I've gotten fake ones before from other sources, but I've never gotten fakes from Amazon.

        • ShoppingSquare seems pretty reliable. I've bought from them a number of times.

Was $99 but I feel like these usually go for ~$35

    lol, was $99

    • +5

Yeah in 2015 it was that price.

256gb EVO Plus were sold for $47 not long ago.

  • Was $99?? Even 4.5 years ago it was only $90

Can get like a 200gb one for 50 delivered. I'd neg but I can't… LOL

    • +2

The chances of that being a legitimate 200GB?

  • Officeworks sells this for $33.50
    Support local businesses lol

    • I'm all for supporting local businesses, but if my maths is correct $29.90 is less than $33.50.
If I'm willing to wait for the shipping, and it's a genuine card, this is a better deal.
I'd use PayPal to be safe

You could support a local business and save a dollar or two!

      • -1

are these the guy doing 2 for 3 deals?

    • You can support our local business by asking them to price-beat their competitors. After all, that's Officeworks policy.

Price matching, the ultimate way to end up with only the higher priced stores as the rest shut down. Its a short term victory. Win the battle but lose the war…

At least, thats the theory anyway.

Waiting for a 256GB deal like last time. Missed that.

[obligatory "is this good for my mobile, and drone?" comment]

  • How is this a bargain? Mentioning over-inflated RRP that nobody sold it for in the past few years does not make it a bargain?

Bitcoin was $20K once upon a time, does current price of $6-7K make it a bargain? No way!

If you can find a better price for this card and capacity I'm sure people would like to hear about it.
