    bargain? its until jan 2012 only so 3 months left - $5 month = $15 off?

    if it was 12 months would be much better.

    didnt live offer $11 a few months ago for the infinite life?

  looks like plan to compete with new tpg plans. unfortunately its only for the rest of this year, so in the long run its not that much better.

  Was going to go with live connected but with tpg's new plans i will sign up with them. If the live connected rep sees this, the fact that every time a bill goes out or a usage email goes out we have to look and make sure there are no excess charges really loses customers.

  If you want to get people to sign up you need not just good value but good customer service. Instead of always changing plans for bigger and better value just spend some time working out the glitches with the system and you will increase your customers instantly.

  Not a bargain. Max saving: 15 bucks. I have 2 plans with them. There is no way you could get some money back in case of a dispute. No phone customer service and I have found them with no room of bargain in case of a problem.

    edit: also not a bargain, only $15 and customer service is the worst is sooo bad (simple request are ok (like how to type of questions), but if it has to mistake with money then they will ignore you and not give support or compromise (eg account errors)

    better to go with TPG mobile (better in so many ways now with there new plans, especially if you have TPG broadband http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/52985
    and I think there customer service is improving or at least better than Liveconnected)
