  • Do you offer month to month plans with $10 off, no router (BYO)?

    • Hi Goodfather, this particular offer is available on a minimum of 12 months contract. Without the offer, we do have monthly contract plans available. In case of any questions, please reach out to our friendly customer support team on 1300 847 201

  • Works out to be $64.12 per month for 12 months. I'm with belong on their $55 month plan for 50mbps. Happy with it so far.

    • Hi there just had a look online with belong is the plan your talking about is the starter plan? 55$ per month ? speeds only say 30mbps? any help would be great cheers

@bemybubble I also checked for this plan but couldn't find it on their website. Even their standard plus which cost $65/month on 12 month contract only has 40Mbps max. Would love to know how you got it.

      • It's a gamble really, since nbn co only sells nbn25 and nbn50 and nothing in-between , it's likely a nbn50 connection. Like someone mentioned below, the only way for Belong to do this and turn a profit is to oversubscribe with nbn co. In best case, you will get the full connection but in worst case, it'll get throttled hard that Belong can only guarantees 30Mbps, they'll have to prioritize their $65pm customers first.

I think the way Belong ambiguously describes their packages without referring to any nbn connection is totally intentional. You won't see nbn25, nbn50 mentioned anywhere most likely.

        NBN STARTER PACKAGE:
50/20 connection (advertised as 30/20 during peak hours but actually no shaping of speed so its actually just standard 50/20 speeds anytime)

I pulled the trigger and he was absolutely right. My speeds are the same as they were with internode.

I'm not with belong, but that plan seems like a gamble to me. Being able to achieve close to 50Mbps download will only occur if the POI you are connected to isn't oversubscribed.

Based on nbn wholesale charges and what other telcos are offering the only way that belong can connect people to the 50/20 nbn plan for $55 is by oversubscribing. It seems that is exactly what they are doing as the typical speed is only 30Mbps.

  • Do you guys charge $300 new development fee for new estate?

    • Hi Hawks33, that depends on the wholesaler. If they are charging then we will include the fee in your bill. Also, if you are renting you can talk to your landlord about being reimbursed.

  • I have bad experience with them. NO with NBN
    Thanks

  • They've been going downhill for a while.. previous user for multiple years..

  • Uniti's wireless product is great but I'd avoid their NBN offerings.

Read so many comments before signing up where people said the service was terrible and everything was slow, etc.
I took a punt and signed up to their 100/20 wireless plan.

Best decision ever - I solidly get 100/20 at any time, including heavy downpour. I had a couple of questions during install and had them turn off CGNAT and everything was sorted super quick - great support staff.
So far have not experienced a single outage (Signed up in March).

I'm in SA and about to switch out the mother in law to their 25mbps plan soon. A million times better than the 40mbps I could get with NBN - I can't comment on their NBN plans.
