the thing that sux is that ventraIP is great at rewarding prospective new customers, but rarely ever have a promo to give any of their current customers anywhere close to equal the deal/rates they offer new customers.
This is why we have our Customer Appreciation Day. It was mentioned in the newsletter we sent out a few days ago. In November we dedicate a day of deals for existing customers only, including customers who want to upgrade services. :)
I believe the web hosting is a separate cost from the domain name registration (although $17.95 for .com.au is $2 off their normal price). So you won't be able to quote a single discounted price in the title, it depends on the hosting plan.
