  • I've spent months wondering whether I should buy an air purifier. I've now bought one to see for myself how well they might work, thanks to the low entry price. Fingers crossed it helps breathing at night.

  • +2

for those who missed out and still want the Xiaomi 3H, Dick Smith just dropped their pricing to match (albeit with shipping charge and Global version so isn't an AU plug) but it's the next best deal out there right now.

    https://www.dicksmith.com.au/da/buy/xiaomi-mi-air-purifier-3…

  • It's not out of stock, just ordered one.

  • +1

Just bought one at 11.11am with the code, might still be stock?

  • I've already purchased and received the airpods pro. Not willing to make another run for it :-)

    • You lucky bugger. 😁

    • If its the same code it's unlikely you'd be able to buy another anyway.

  • Anything in the offing tomorrow?

    • +1

      Airpods pro at 10, 2 & 6.. 100 each drop

      • Thanks.

  • -7

Anyone know the price for Airpod Pro tomorrow? Thanks

  • Hope the code is same as last time so the people who didn't get last time get a chance ..

    • I think the current listing shows the same code.

      • Hopefully

  • What was the code last time? Does anyone know who is the seller?

    • +1

      PMMOP86

  • Thank You, do you have link for the seller?

  • Thank You

  • Got one :D

  • Got one! :)

  • Damn, that was quick.

  • :( Got NOne

  • Got one ..

  • +1

Got one tooo woooo - payment hung forever but it went through.

    • Same here. Thought I had missed out for sure because it was hanging. Maybe it goes in order of initial connection?

  • Got one. much more relaxed at 10am drop.

  • missed it :( will have to wait for the 2o'clock game

  • I guessed it would be the same code and still missed out. Couldn't even get it in the cart

    • What's your ping? It needs to be 2-4 ms for best results.

      • Living in the country and on wireless broadband so not that fast.

      • umm what? where did you pull that number from? why not just say 1ms for 'best results'.

        • Purely anecdotal. I haven't done the maths, but I don't think a ping of <1ms is possible with a remote server. My point is a lower ping allows you to jump the queue everything else being equal. If CookieT can't even get it into the cart then they need a different tactic.

Try using this (https://pay.ebay.com.au/rxo?action=create&rypsvc=true&pagena…) link to generate a cart at 2pm. Since we don't know exactly when it will be restocked, open the link in new tabs until it's on the buy page. You'll most likely have to wait until 6 to spam the purchase button though.

          • @Poppin: I'm 2 for 2 rn, airpod and pro for my friend. Trying for a third one for another friend.
Just checked my ping on speedtest which was 15 so defs doable on higher. All I did was have the code ready to paste and the page open and refreshed every second near the drop mark and click buy now as soon as the button came up lol.

            • @baegmon: For sure it doable on any ping, just get fewer refreshes. Should at least be able to get it onto the payment page.

              • @Poppin: I reckon the key is having multiple adblockers / javascript blockers to filter out the crap and make the page load faster lol.

  • Finally got one. Missed out last time.

  • mine confirm and pay page was still there from the last 6 pm offer.. worked for me ..

    • does it need to be refreshed or anything or can stay stagnant ?

      • keep it as it is.. and keep hitting the blue button to be lucky…

    • I accidentally close mine during the week. But I will try at 2pm.

  • +1

I got one as well! Got to the checkout last time but they sold out before I could pay. I used my checkout page from my history and spammed that confirm and pay button, and it went through!

    • Surprised they keep carts open in the system for that long

    • So you don't refresh you page, just click confirm and pay ?

      • confirm and pay will refresh the page, so when it goes live it'll refresh with the correct info, and should just process the payment

        • Thanks worked. After trying last week and once this week.

      • right.. when you press blue button… it will prompt..seller has changed something … but works…

      • +1

You'll have to click it twice, the first time will say the seller has changed something and doesn't process payment since it gives you an opportunity to review the changes. Basically just keep clicking until it goes through.

        • I tried this for the round and it just disappeared from my cart. Wonder if it doesn't work anymore?

  • Merged from $249 Apple Airpods PRO on ebay plus deals - has anyone got any luck or it is a kind of "Mission Impossible deal"

Tried two Wednesdays and never got a chance, not even add to chart… has anyone got them at all? OR it is a fake deal that nobody will never get a chance. Is there some sort of tools from web that can help process the purchase much faster?

  • I got "You already applied this code to an order" but price didn't change, didn't purchased it last time

    • +1

did you buy one in the previous deal? the code is the same so I guess it won't let you buy another one.

    • Finally got 1

  • Do I click buy it now or add to cart?

  • gone in about 20 secs?

    • +1

      less i reckon

    • Much less

      • ebay purchase history says 30 seconds, but no way was it 30 seconds.

  • +1

    YES got 1!

  • missed out yet again :(

  • Damn those "newbie" EBay accounts taking up purchasing spots…

  • nice got one

  • Made it to the confirm and pay screen but no luck.

So it's in my cart now - do I just refresh that screen at 6pm and hit confirm and pay?

    • +1

From 5:59 just keep hitting confirm and pay. If you are lucky it should go through and will confirm one for you. I still had my page up from the other day.

      • +1

I think the chances might be better if you hit confirm and pay at 6:00 instead of 5:59. This is just in case they haven't opened it and if it takes few seconds to reload the page, then you may miss out again!

    • Does anyone know what the code is today?

  • -2

Ah, you can only use it once. Can't buy another pair today.

  • I accidentally forget to cancel the plus trial, hopped on live chat and they offered a full refund. I also get to keep the membership somehow. Very cool.

  • finally got one , after all these trying!!!!

  • I know the point of this is to bait new customers on Ebay Plus, but if they were serious about being fair the deals should be customers only that have a membership greater than month or year.

    • Does EBay make profit from these "new customers"? These "new customers" signed up for free trial to get the deal. Then they move on to new accounts, repeat and rinse. EBay should focus on customers retention, the ones who are willing to pay, motivating them to resubscribe.

      • Nick name checks out.

  • Are airpods any good on Android?

  • If you were to claim the airpods for tax purposes, would you claim $249 (price I paid) or $403 (price on invoice)

    • Lucky did you manage to get one from Ebay Plus

      • -2

Do you any script which you can to buy these things :)

        • +1

You don't need and scripts, many people managed to get one manually following a specific method mentioned many times before.

    • it seems you can claim $403 as they invoice did not show discount or voucher applied.

    • Strictly speaking you can only claim the amount you have paid, the remaining amount on the invoice is paid by the seller and/or eBay and would factor into their accounting.

      • But for example at the airport they want to see the invoice showing what you paid.

        • TRS is different, you can claim back all of the GST paid, which is what is on the invoice. In this case it's $36.27, no GST was paid on the $4 shipping charge invoiced.

    • What @Poppin said. But assuming you do manual claim for TRS, the officer will surely enter the invoice price unless you declare you paid less.

      • For TRS you can claim the GST paid for the item. You can't claim GST on shipping and handling.

  • got one!!

    • -2

don't worry about the negs, some people get triggered when others nab a bargain and they don't.

  • -6

Boom, saved checkout page success! These will go nicely with my Airpods from last week.

  • damn, had it in cart from 10am but still didnot get it :(

    • You need to spam click when it is 30 seconds till 6. Having multiple monitors and multiple checkout pages open helps.

      • Thanks for the tip. I will keep that in mind for next time. Hopefully there is one more for this month

  • Was wondering why I couldn't see a done button. Got back to cart to pay and was out of stock. Had it all set up. Ahhh I hate my life
