Dang! You beat me by 4 minutes. :)

Note that they will often have a generic code printed out for use at the register. If you just tell them you've misplace your code or don't have the email handy they may be nice enough to dig it out and scan it for you. Never hurts to ask.

      Read the exclusions list.

      • Apple Products, Nintendo Switch Consoles, Dyson, Mobile Phones Contracts, Miele & Asko agency products, Dell Built to Order, Pre-Paid Cards & Gift Cards, Pre-Orders, Extended Warranties, Installation & Delivery.

Which category does it fall into? It’s not really a pre-paid card or gift card.

I just bought something online, now saw this……..

  • +4

Any ideas if you can apply this in addition to a price match? Assume the item isn’t on the exclusions list.

    • +5

Yep just don't mention it until you get to the counter to pay for it.

  • Thank you OP! May I ask if this stacks with the existing offers? For example, could I get a further 5% off on the Samsung watch that's already on sale? Thanks!

    • Only way to know is to try it and see :)

  • Bose QC35II for $324 after stacking 5% GCs with this 5% code. Been wanting one for ages, is this a good price for a local model?

      • Suncorp rewards and a few others do them.

        • Cheers mate, unfortunately I don't have suncorp

          • @jstar168: It's free to get Sunrewards by opening a free bank account with them or if you have insurance from one of their partners. In my case AAMI home and contents insurance

    • Yes we get ours through Youi.

Can you negotiate a lower price and then use coupon at the counter to get a further 5% ??

    • I would also like to know if this is possible. You could negotiate with salesperson and not mention the voucher, then present voucher at checkout? It does say in the terms that it only applies to "the current ticket or promotional price".

      • +1

        Yes. I did that today

  • Wonder if they sell boost $150 voucher?

    • +1

It's excluded even if they sell it as per the exclusion list (Pre-Paid Cards)

  • I've got an Ultimate Home Gift card sitting here. Can I go in-store, purchase a JB gift card with the balance, and then use the JB gift card along with this coupon? The item I'm chasing is only available online. Sent a message to Ultimate Gift cards, but perhaps someone here has already tried this.

    • +3

Should be no problems. I do this myself with the ultimate cards. They treat it like an EFTPOS payment in store.

      • Thanks! I'll give it a go tomorrow.

        • Worked a treat. Thanks!

  • Westpac customers can also access the link from Internet Banking > Rewards and Offers > Rewards. These discounts are often much greater than 5%.

This is the link https://www.jbcommercial.com.au/familyandfriends/home (which doesn't seem to log-in to the Westpac discounts unless accessed from within internet banking).

    • Nothing on my Westpac. Which products do you have?

      • JB Hi-Fi is listed as one of the Rewards for me. Then you access the JB site and search for specific products and prices.

Are you sure you're looking in the right place? I doubt whether this promo is targeted.

    • anyone with access can you please PM me the org code and pass? i'm with Westpac but its not showing it as a reward in my internet banking.

I suspect the org code and pass are not unique.
