  • Woolworths Rewards just advised me yesterday there is a technical error with promo (typical) and they will advise IT who will get in touch. Let's see about that..

    I called them and got the points added manually - its pretty easy to do and probably the fastest way
    They know about the stuffed up points promotion.

    • I called them, this guy I spoke to said cannot manually credit the points, He raised a technical ticket for me. He also gave me the ticket no :(. All depends on who your spoke too.

      • Wow that's ridiculous - the guy I spoke to added them immediately and knew about the glitch

    6 accounts 1 received the email and got the points on the 1/7. Just gone through chat and had the other accounts credited instantly.

        I am very sorry to hear that your bonus points have not yet been loaded into your Rewards account despite qualifying. Unfortunately, we did incur a few technical errors regarding this offer alone however rest assured, this has now been fixed and your points have been manually added to your account.

        Known issue.. cut and paste response in all chats - instant points credit
        No proof requested, just need to verify rewards account details.
