      Same, I get why the want to incentivise people who haven't used it in a while but why not reward the people who are using it loyally. Oh well.

        But don't people who use it regularly get rewarded with the actual cashback themselves? We've probably saved more compared to people who do online shopping but never use cashback.

          Definitely, but it always rubs me the wrong way when companies like eBay/Cashrewards etc. reward customers who don't use their service rather than those who do extensively. Although I understand why they are more interested in customers they don't have rather than ones they do.

          Can you REALLY not read? I said I get why they do it but it rubs me the wrong way when they reward people who don't use it rather than people who do. But ultimately, I don't really care hence the oh well.
