    • Bathroom at night. Someone doesn't like turning on normal light as so dark and sleepy etc.

      • +1

I walk in the dark, but then again it's not pitch black.

        • Yeah, some people just don't like walking in the dark. I'm ok with it but my other half isn't. I bought some for her.

    Batteries? In 2020? Great Scott!

  • +1

The coupon has exceeded its limitation usuage, do you have another working coupon OP?

    • Same issue, also anyone know if theres a maximum device you can chain?

  • +1

    Code no longer working :(

  • +1

Too slow. Must buy first research later. "This coupon code has ultimately reached the limitation usage times."

Could we have another deal on the Bedside Lamp too?

A package deal: 2 bedside lamps and 6 night lights would be good :)

  • Prefer plug in varieties. Otherwise I have to run around replace batteries on 30 different devices.

  • Is deal expired? Code is not working! :(

  • Sorry couldn't get an extension on this one. It'll have to be a next time.

    • When will you ship the items?

      • 2-7 business days from ordering is the typical timeframe.

  • anyone have order dispatched yet

    • Get ready to wait, this deal have been posted almost 2 months ago and still haven't received mine.

    • Just got notification of shipping on mine

      • I had 3 orders and I only got shipping notification for 2 of them.

      • Likewise. Priority huh? Relative to what they normally manage from China, it probably is!

  • Got one delivered just now. Waiting for 2nd one.

Instructions are all in chinese and doesnt support mi apps not set to china location….

  • Yup just received and can't pair it up.

    • -1

      Region set to China?

      • I have same problem.
How to reset the region or how to pair it?

        • -1

In the mi app when you set it up

          • @Clear: Installed App and confirmed Setting-> Region shows "Australia".

            But still unable to pair.

            What else to verify?

            • -1

@sunrise12345: The region has to be China

              • +1

@Clear: Thanks, it worked but very disappointed in the angle and range…. its mostly working only if I am moving Infront of it ….and they claim super-angle sensing range of 120° and 5-7m induction range.

Do you know exactly where and how this 120 angle is? And do we need to set the angle somewhere or its already set to 120 in device. Something is not correct.

  • received my three and they are working - anyone know how to link them though to light up once one is lit?

    • +1

Need to have the mi app and set the region to China to be able to pair and link lights

  • Hey op

Imo should have mentioned this is not the global version in post/ or is locked to only work with china region apps.

My xiaomi 360 cameras are global so now im stuck.

Also my second light ordered literally 2 minutes after first order seems to be stuck with no update in tracking with aus post.

    • -2

Usually if this a global version it'll say it's a global version. That's the standard across all stores.

Don't use Auspost for tracking either. Use 17track.net/en and choose UBI.

  • after you change the brightness and the stay on time is it meant to be saved even when the device is disconnected?

  • Received mine but would not recommend. Have spent the better part of 30 minutes trying to pair this light with my app (yes set to China).

Sees the light but does not pair.

    • I got mine today too. I was able to pair, but they will not turn on if there is any light. And they work perfectly.

      • its mostly working only if I am moving Infront of it ….and they claim super-angle sensing range of 120° and 5-7m induction range.

Do you know exactly where and how this 120 angle is? And do we need to set the angle somewhere or its already set to 120 in device. Something is not correct

    • +1

Hey, were u able to pair it? I Get an
      couldn’t verify (100) error.
Region is set to Chinese mainland

  • I cant even find the light on the damn list to even pair on aussie region.

    China region wont pair.
Help would be appreciated or an english manual cheers.

    I won't buy again.

  • I received my light about a week ago and the subsequent 3 today. Am I missing something? Pairing them was easy! I'm not impressed with the brightness when comparing the older Xiaomi Mijia Sensor Night Light - I have 3 old school Mijia sensor light all along the hallway and they appear to be a nicer warm light/ and brighter. The front design of the new Philips version light itself its nice looking, modern, however the light it emits from the front is far less than what is emitted from the rear? Which is an odd design as the rear is the rear?

For those who are having issues with pairing. Are you using the Xiaomi Home app? (set to mainland china region) and not the Yeelight app? they both look very similar when you open the app.

  • I got mine last week too. (Still waiting for the other Xiaomi from months ago!) I got it to light up a stupid set of 2 steps in my bedroom that has nearly killed me and my wife a few times. Out of the box it is way too bright for that. I ended up opening it up and putting some duct tape over the leds. 3 in the front, about 8 in the back, 2 layers over the back and 1 over the front. Perfect now, enough to light up the steps and not enough to wake you up. I think the effect is to bounce light up the wall, more than in front.

    • Have you tried adjusting the brightness from the app instead of taping it?

      • sure did.. very handy, that was even at the lowest setting. I don't think they are designed for steps in a bedroom.. because who would be stupid enough to put steps in a bedroom! :|

        • Interesting - my experience was the opposite! Would've preferred them to be much brighter - I have a pair of Blitzwolf ones and these seem too dull compared to them

  • Got mine pretty disappointed that need to change to mainland china, luckily the other sensor still worked in china region mode

    • -1

For future reference that will be the case for all Xiaomi China products and has been for a number of years. Otherwise it's usually Singapore as Australia wasn't a region until very recently and generally only works for the Xiaomi AU products.

      • Well actually the lamp works just fine for me. Just need the app for the initial brightness and timer setting setup
