        I have checked with OW Brisbane, they said no price beat Kogan store. Checked with one of my mate in Hobart, same story.

      If you value local warranty, then this.

      If you want to pay an extra $60 or so for a grey import, then the Redmi has pretty good specs for the price.

    I gave this phone a great review a couple of weeks ago
    And I still think it has a stellar camera (with gcam).

    But god damned is it slow to load apps / perform basic functions

      I've seen some people say it's slow to load apps, but coming from and OG Pixel it loads apps a bit faster than that I've found, doesn't feel slow for me.

      Maybe I just haven't played around with more recent flagships to notice the difference.
